METHOD: SHAKEN

GARNISH: PINEAPPLE SLICE

Procedure

Add all the ingredient in the cocktail

shaker and strain in a tall glass with

lots of ice

Garnish with pineapple slice

INGREDIENTS: 90 ML MANGO JUICE

1 CUB VANILLA ICREAM 15 ML COCONUT SYRUP

METHOD: SHAKEN OR BLEND

GLASS: TOMCOLLIN OR WHIT WINE

GARNISH: MANGO

Procedure

Add all the ingredient in the cocktail

shaker and shake well and serve in a

hurricane or tom Collin glass

Garnish with Mango slice

   INGREDIENTS: HALF KIVI FRUIT

15 ML KIVI SYRUP 5 ML LEMON JUICES 60 ML SPRIT

METHOD: –  BLEND

GLASS: MARGRITA GLASS

   GARNISH: KIWI

Procedure

Add all the ingredient in the blender

with ice cube. Pour in a margarita glass.

Garnish with Kiwi.
